It's not too late to find your inner Political Animal and show your support for the real underdogs in this Federal election.

Every election is another chance to improve how animals are treated in this country.

This time next week we'll have 150 new or re-elected Federal representatives who will be charged with helping us progress animal welfare over the next three years.

  • If animal welfare matters to you then tell your local candidates it should matter to them too
  • If you agree that live sheep exports should end then tell your local candidates how you feel
  • If you want cruel puppy factories closed down then demand action from your local candidates
  • If you support our calls for all sheep and cattle to be stunned prior to slaughter then let your local candidates know
  • If you want to be able to trust the higher welfare animal products you buy then tell your local candidates

Community standards and expectations are the biggest influencers for politicians and candidates during any election.

By becoming a Political Animal and asking your local candidates to do the same you are casting your vote for those that don't get a say on polling day.
