Coles RSPCA Approved Chicken

Coles RSPCA Approved chickens are farmed in the Bendigo Valley region of Victoria, as well as South Eastern Queensland.

The birds are grown in barns according to the RSPCA Approved Farming Standards, where they can perch, scratch and forage freely. Allowing meat chickens to exhibit their natural behaviours is key to the RSPCA Approved Farming Standards.

Coles is proud to work with the RSPCA and offer customers a range of higher welfare products, including RSPCA Approved eggs, pork, chicken and turkey at Christmas.
