Wursthaus (literally meaning ‘house of sausage’) is now producing some bred free range ham and bacon products using RSPCA Approved Otway Bred Free Range Pork.
Wursthaus also sells fresh cuts of Otway Pork at all stores including chops, racks, shoulder roasts and scotch fillet steaks.
This superb tasting pork is produced in Victoria from sows living a great life outdoors and their piglets are free to roam and play in straw filled eco shelters.

The Wursthaus story
Wursthaus was established in 1985 in a tiny traditional butchery in the inner Hobart suburb of Lenah Valley with the aim of making quality German style sausage and smoked meats.
Wursthaus is a totally Tasmanian Company manufacturing and distributing a vast range of high quality meat products. We are preferred wholesale suppliers to many of Tasmania's finest Restaurants, hotels, caterers and delicatessens and also have franchised retail outlets in two great Tasmanian locations, Wursthaus kitchen located in the heart of Hobart's Salamanca district & in the north , Wursthaus at Oliver's the must see food lover's destination in the centre of Launceston.
