The Australian Government is conducting a review into the live export trade as well as a Senate inquiry into animal welfare standards in Australia's live export markets. This is your chance to let the Government know how you feel about the live export of animals for slaughter. There is no need to address every question in the terms of reference but the more relevant information they receive the better. We strongly recommend that you contribute your views:

The government review into the live export trade: http://www.livestockexportreview.gov.au

The Senate inquiry into animal welfare standards in Australia's live export markets:http://www.aph.gov.au/Senate/committee/rat_ctte/live_exports_2011/index.htm

Be quick, the deadline is July 15.
