About the Role

The Manager, Pet Insurance Partnership, leads the strategic and operational management of the RSPCA Pet Insurance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the partnership delivers value to the RSPCA Federation, aligns with RSPCA’s mission and values, and supports responsible pet ownership across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the RSPCA Pet Insurance partnership.
  • Act as the primary liaison between RSPCA Australia, Member Societies, and the pet insurance partner.
  • Ensure marketing, communications, and customer service activities align with RSPCA values and brand standards.
  • Manage reporting, governance, and performance monitoring of the partnership.
  • Support Member Societies with integration and promotion of RSPCA Pet Insurance.
  • Identify opportunities to grow the partnership and improve outcomes for animals and pet owners.
  • Coordinate internal communications and stakeholder engagement across the Federation.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator and Scientific Communication Officer to ensure alignment and collaboration.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in marketing, customer experience, or brand management.
  • Understanding of the not-for-profit sector and animal welfare landscape.
  • Alignment with RSPCA values and mission.
