About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator, Pet Insurance Partnership, supports the execution of marketing initiatives and communications between the RSPCA Federation and its pet insurance partner. You’ll ensure campaigns are delivered effectively, brand integrity is maintained, and marketing activities contribute to shared partnership goals and RSPCA’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the key point of contact for all member Societies on marketing-related matters, ensuring seamless integration of RSPCA Pet Insurance.
  • Collaborate with the pet insurance partner and RSPCA member societies to ensure local relevance and participation in national promotional activities.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for meetings, reporting, and communications with partners.
  • Ensure all materials meet RSPCA brand guidelines and standards.
  • Coordinate the timely execution and delivery of marketing collateral, ensuring campaigns and materials are rolled out efficiently and consistently.
  • Facilitate clear communication between Member Societies and central teams, proactively addressing queries and supporting local marketing needs.
  • Oversee the alignment of marketing initiatives with RSPCA’s brand identity and values at every member Society touchpoint.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of integrated marketing activities, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Manage content updates, revisions, and administrative processes to support Member Societies’ marketing efforts.
  • Form a close working relationship with the Scientific Communication Officer.

About You

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and external agencies.

  • A track record in brand and campaign development that aligns with both commercial and cause-driven messaging.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • An understanding of pet ownership trends and consumer behaviour.

  • Alignment with RSPCA values.
