By participating in this Promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Promoter and Fundraiser of this Promotion is RSPCA.
  3. RSPCA holds all relevant fundraising licences to operate in Australia.
  4. Royal Canin Australia Pty Ltd of Level 22 Tower 1, 727 Collins Street, Docklands 3008 is the Promotion Partner (“Promotion Partner”).
  5. The Promotion will be run across all RSPCA Adoption Centres in Australia.
  6. For every completed cat or dog adoption from RSPCA during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Adoption”), the Promotion Partner will contribute AU$100 to RSPCA, up to a maximum contribution of AU$200,000.
  7. For the avoidance of doubt, once the maximum contribution value has been reached, regardless of whether this occurs during the Promotion Period, no subsequent Qualifying Purchase will result in a contribution of AU$100 to RSPCA by the Promotion Partner.
  8. There is no limit on the number of Qualifying Adoptions per person in one transaction or otherwise.
  9. Subject to the Promotion Partner’s approval of the total Qualifying Adoptions during the Promotional Period based on data received by RSPCA, the total value of the contribution (up to the maximum contribution amount) raised during the Promotion Period will be transferred by the Promotion Partner to RSPCA by 30 June 2026.
  10. If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this Promotion or the contribution, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter’s decision in connection with all aspects of this Promotion is final.
  11. If this Promotion cannot commence or run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the Promotion. In the event the Promotion does not run for the full Promotion Period for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter will contribute the total value accrued from Qualifying Adoptions as at the date the Promotion ends (subject to the maximum contribution of AU$200,000). Where it is practical for it to do so, the Promoter will publicly notify you of such changes.
  12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and the companies associated with this Promotion, are not responsible, and will not be liable (including in negligence), for any loss (including indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury, illness or death suffered in connection with this Promotion or the contribution.
  13. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other published materials, and to the extent permitted by law, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
