  1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Give to Get Them Home Campaign (“Campaign”) which will run between 00:00am 1st October 2026 – 12:00pm 1st October 2026 (“Campaign Period”). By making a donation to the Campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Campaign is conducted by RSPCA Australia (ABN 99 668 654 249), PO Box 531, Curtin ACT, 2605 Australia (“RSPCA”). RSPCA conducts this Campaign on behalf of itself and participating RSPCA member Societies throughout Australia.
  3. RSPCA and participating RSPCA member Societies will conduct the Campaign in accordance with applicable fundraising law.
  4. Donations may be made through https://www.rspcagivingday.com/ during the Campaign Period.
  5. “Eligible Donation” means a donation made during the Campaign Period via the Campaign website. It does not include donations made through any other channel, regular giving payments, corporate donations or amounts pledged but not successfully processed.
  6. RSPCA has received commitments from the following donors and supporters to contribute funds equivalent to Eligible Donations, up to the matching amount available for each participating RSPCA member Society as disclosed on the Campaign website (each a “Matching Pool”):
    1. Royal Canin Australia Pty Ltd of Level 22 Tower 1, 727 Collins Street, Docklands 3008;
    2. Peter Alexander Sleepwear Pty Ltd of 457 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria 3004;
    3. Bravecto – MSD Animal Health of Level 1, Building A, 26 Talavera Road Macquarie Park, NSW 2113 (National Matching Partners”).
  7. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Eligible Donations made during the Campaign Period will be matched dollar-for-dollar until the applicable Matching Pool is exhausted.
  8. Once the applicable Matching Pool has been exhausted, further donations will not be matched, regardless of whether they are made during the Campaign Period.
  9. RSPCA will use reasonable efforts to communicate the availability of matching funds during the Campaign. However, matching funds may be exhausted before updates can be reflected on the Campaign website or other Campaign materials. Accordingly, donations made when matching funds are close to being exhausted may not be matched.
  10. If a Matching Partner withdraws, reduces, disputes or is unable to fulfil its commitment, RSPCA may vary, suspend or discontinue the matching component of the Campaign to the extent reasonably necessary. RSPCA will, where reasonably practicable, promptly disclose any material change on the Campaign website.
  11. Donations will be applied by the recipient RSPCA entity in furtherance of its charitable animal welfare purposes. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant donation page, the recipient RSPCA entity retains discretion to apply donations where they are most needed.
  12. Donations are voluntary and are not refundable except as required by law.
  13. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, RSPCA and participating RSPCA member Societies are not responsible for, and will not be liable for, any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the Campaign, including where a donation is not matched because the applicable Matching Pool has been exhausted, a Matching Partner withdraws, reduces or fails to fulfil its commitment, or the matching component of the Campaign is varied, suspended or discontinued.
  14. RSPCA may amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary to administer the Campaign or comply with applicable laws.
  15. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other published materials, and to the extent permitted by law, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
